CSI tests and cleans over one million electronic devices including telecom and cable TV related customer premise equipment (CPE) every year. We use state-of-the art automated testing solutions to screen set-top boxes and cable modems.  CSI’s engineering and IT teams have developed innovative solutions in-house to efficiently process the electronic units from field returns. We have a dedicated facility for sorting accessories such as power supplies, cords and batteries.

CSI technicians handle every unit with care by following the workflows created for each model. We make sure that no faulty products are returned to the end customer.
