CSI is an authorized repair center for many customer premise equipment (CPE) and electronics manufacturers. This enables us to provide both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair services to our customers.

CSI has been a trusted partner for lifecycle management for almost 30 years. Many of our key customers continue to send internet modems, set-top boxes and IoT devices on a weekly basis for us to repair and refurbish. After diagnosing any issues, CSI technicians focus on restoring the units to a usable state. Meanwhile, our cosmetic teams work on transforming used equipment to like-new condition based on the set standards.

CSI’s IT and applications team have built and have integrated solutions with the customer’s data management systems. This allows our customers and partners to track the units throughout the process. Our account management and customer success teams stay engaged with the customer to provide support and updates, as well as address questions.
